PARENTS

Area for our parents

The close relationship between students, learning guides and parents creates a special school community.

We would like to move away from the observer status of parents and involve them in their children's school life. Through the different competencies of the parents, their knowledge, their ideas and their life experience, students and learning guides can benefit greatly. Parents also have the opportunity to actively help shape their children's central living space, be it in the management of a course, in the preparation of teaching and learning materials, in the committees of the school and institution, in the preparation and implementation of events, in renovation and setting up additional rooms etc.

The regulations on the participation of parents, which were jointly decided in the sponsoring association, enable transparency and fairness and provide orientation.

A guideline for voluntary parental work is 3 hours per family per month. The parents are responsible for documenting their work on a self-assessment sheet.

With the active participation of the parents, the Benjamin School also becomes a space for encounters and exchanges, based on open, appreciative communication. Common experiences and experiences of the children and parents strengthen the identification of all those involved with YOUR school, enrich and facilitate the cooperation between the parents and the school and create valuable relationships.
